All blends are available ground; only Carmelite Blend is available in whole bean and decaf.

- Carmelite Blend – our Premium Signature Blend, intense in every category; heavy body and sharp acidity enveloped in a smoky flavored dark roast. The coffee lovers coffee. This blend is also available in Whole Bean and Decaf.
- Arbor’s Rest – Premium Breakfast Blend, a blend of Central and Latin American coffees, cinnamon roasted. The taste is low in body, subtle in flavor with a slight snap for acidity.
- Prior’s Own – Premium French Roast, and Carmelite Coffees’ darkest roast. Blackened in appearance, these beans give a deep smoky flavor and a smooth finish on the pallet.
- Brother’s Best – Full bodied taste with just a hint of smoke.
- Cloister Choice – Smooth, medium body, certified Fair Trade Organic Coffee from Guatemala.

Monastery Soap
Our hand made soaps are olive oil based and blended with coconut oil, palm oil, shea butter, ground oatmeal, water, honey, sodium hydroxide (& fragrance oil). Each bar is approximately 5 oz., price is per bar plus shipping. Minimum order of 3 bars.

Monastery Rugs
Our rugs are hand woven and made with new fabric, a cotton/poly blend, and a frayless warp. They are machine washable, though line-drying is recommended for best results. All widths are 28 inches, and lengths vary from 35 to 60 inches; prices vary from $0.65 to $0.95 per inch of length.
Our woven rugs are not available on line; but guests are welcome to visit our weaving studio where we always have a selection; please call ahead.

St. Joseph’s Preserves
Our home made jellies and jams come in assorted flavors and 8 oz. jars; price is per jar. Due to the limited scale of our production and the demand for them, we cannot take orders on-line for our preserves, but they are available at our Hermitage; please call ahead.
